Returns


This policy is in relation to any item/s purchased online from www.dukenco.com. By  purchasing any item/s from www.dukenco.com or from any DUKE n co owned retail store, you are agreeing to the DUKE n co Returns Policy.

General Rules

> ​SALE ITEMS CAN ONLY BE EXCHANGED
> GIFT CARDS CAN BE RETURNED WITHIN 12 MONTHS OF PURCHASE
> ALL FULL PRICED ITEMS CAN BE REFUNDED &/OR EXCHANGED if:
    *You have some form of proof of purchase (a receipt, credit card statement, or invoice number);
    *You've returned it within 14 days from the date of shipment (date on which the courier or post office has attempted to deliver the item/s to your nominated address);
    *It's in its' original condition & has not been worn, altered, damaged or washed (watch out for those foundation / lipstick / fake tan marks girls!!); and
    *All tags remain in place.

    ​​Procedure

    1. Complete the Returns Form  (enclosed in your package).
    2. Send the items you wish to return with your DUKE n co returns form to us at:

      We recommend that you use a postal service that allows for your returned item/s to be received within the accepted timeframe.​
      3. Once the items have been received, they will undergo a quality review & once cleared, you will receive your refund on the cost at purchase price (excluding original shipping cost), directly to the payment method you used for the purchase.

        Important Information

        • We endeavor to process returns as soon as they are received, but please allow up to 5 working days for them to be processed.
        • Shipping charges are not refundable unless your item is faulty on receipt (you'd have to prove this to us via pictures, as we quality check all our stock before sending them to you), if this is the case, we will refund the cost of your shipping (and apologise profusely!!).
        • We are not liable for the loss of garments being returned, we therefore recommend using a traceable delivery method & taking note of your tracking #.
        • If you are returning items to us from an international location a Customs Declaration form must be completed and placed on the package.  It is also very important that you label the items as 'returned goods' (so the package is not liable to customs duty). Any customs fees payable need to be covered by you.
        • Our stockists are responsible for their own refunds/exchanges, please contact them directly. If you’re not satisfied with their response time, please let us know (returns@dukenco.com) and we’ll try and speed the process up for you.
